Request deletion of your data
Last updated: 19 July 2026
You have the right to ask Floor Almere to delete your personal data. This also applies to data we process via WhatsApp Business, our contact form and our customer system. This page explains how to submit a deletion request and what happens next.
1. How to submit a deletion request
You can request deletion of your personal data in two ways:
- By email: send a message to hallo@flooralmere.nl with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include the email address and/or phone number you used to contact us.
- Via WhatsApp: send “DELETE MY DATA” to the WhatsApp number you communicated with us on.
To prevent abuse, we may ask you to confirm your identity, for example by responding from the email address or phone number we have on record.
2. What data we delete
After your request, we delete the personal data we hold about you, including:
- Your contact details (name, email address, phone number, company name);
- Your WhatsApp conversation history with Floor Almere;
- Your records in our CRM and operations system (Base44);
- Your newsletter and marketing preferences.
3. What we cannot delete immediately
Some data must be kept longer by law. For example, invoicing data is subject to a 7-year retention obligation under Dutch tax law. Such data is deleted once the legal retention period expires and is not used for any other purpose in the meantime.
4. How quickly we handle your request
We confirm your request as soon as possible and complete the deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation once your data has been deleted.
5. Questions or complaints?
Questions about this process or your personal data? Contact us at hallo@flooralmere.nl or +31 6 12559186. More information about how we handle your data can be found in our privacy policy on this website. If you are unhappy with how your request was handled, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
