What are the rental prices?
A dedicated desk is €300 per month on a yearly basis. Office units start at €950 per month, a full floor is priced on request. Contact us for a custom quote.
Is everything included?
Yes. Service costs, wifi, security, communal space access and community membership are all included. No surprises.
How flexible are the contracts?
Flex desks and day offices you book by the day, week or month. A dedicated desk is on a yearly basis, office units from 3 months. For full floors, we discuss the term together.
Can I try it out first?
Absolutely. Book a tour, or book a flex desk or day office for a single day and experience the Workspace yourself.
Is parking available?
Yes. There is a parking garage directly next to Floor. Permanent tenants can take out a subscription at a preferential rate.
When can I start?
In most cases within one to two weeks. We'll align the start date with your schedule.
