What does a workspace cost in Floor's Workspace?
Pricing depends on how long you stay. A flex desk is €50 per day, but with a 12-month contract you pay €300 per month. A day office starts at €80 per day, and with an annual contract it’s €950 per month. The longer you stay, the better the rate — get in touch for a tailored proposal.
Can I rent a day office?
Yes. The Studio (1-3 people) is €80 per day, €350 per week or €1,200 per month. The Suite (4-6 people) is €150 per day, €650 per week or €2,400 per month.
Are parking spaces available?
Yes, in the parking garage under the building. Available on request.
What's included in the price?
Wifi, coffee and tea, service team, 24/7 access and security, use of the Lounge Bar and community events.
Can I try it out?
Yes. Book a flex desk for a single day (€50) and experience the Workspace yourself. Or schedule a no-obligation tour first.
What's the difference between a day office and an office unit?
They're the same spaces. A day office you book by the day, week or month; rent one as your own office unit and it's yours. It then leaves the day-booking pool.
Why is a flex desk per month more expensive than a dedicated desk?
A flex desk (€700 per month) is completely commitment-free. A dedicated desk (€300 per month) is on a yearly basis, which is why it costs less.
