Sheryl designed Floor's Workspace: from the Board Room to the lounge. Her approach combines circular material use, timeless design and spaces that inspire people. Based in Amsterdam, with a heart for Almere.
Jim van der Wardt
Maker — Interior & Circular
Winner of the Bruggenbouwer Award 2022. Jim built Floor's custom interior with recycled materials — from furniture to wall cladding. A man who sees waste as raw material and gives everything a story.
Peter Westerink
Asset Manager
Technical manager and driving force behind Floor's physical transformation. Peter ensures the building works — from technical systems to sustainability ambitions. The quiet engine behind the scenes.
Pytrik Ferwerda
Head of Asset Management, Breevast
For nearly eighteen years, Pytrik was a familiar face at Breevast. As head of asset management, he was one of the driving forces behind Floor. He brought enthusiasm and positivity — an inspiration to everyone who worked with him.
His warm personality and characteristic smile will live on in our memories forever. Floor exists because of people who believe in more than just real estate. Pytrik was one of those people.
