Green Innovation Hub Contest '24 at Floor Almere
Nine startups pitched their innovative solutions. Vennster won — and Floor was the stage.

On April 18, 2024, the Green Innovation Hub Contest '24 took place at a special location: the recently transformed Floor building in the heart of Almere. Nine startups and scale-ups pitched their innovative solutions for sustainable and inclusive living environments.
Vennster: winner of the Contest '24
The winner, Vennster from Nijkerk, convinced the jury with their method and participation app Parta, designed to help municipalities reach a broad audience. As winner, Vennster receives a study trip to the Smart City World Congress 2024 in Barcelona.
Lonneke Dikmans, partner and owner of Vennster: "We are very happy to have won, because it is a recognition of our mission. We want to connect as many people in the Netherlands as possible with our method and app and thereby solve societal challenges like the energy transition."
The growth of the Green Innovation Hub
The Green Innovation Hub has settled into Floor, where the contest finale took place. The new location offers plenty of room for further growth: from July 1, an additional 1,000 m² becomes available.
