From 18 to 80 clients in two years

Thirza founded Spotlezz in December 2022. She was 18. What started with cleaning jobs for acquaintances grew into a company with eight employees and eighty clients in two years. In 2024, she was nominated for the Windesheim Top Entrepreneur Award and for Company of the Year.

"It's not about cleaning," says Thirza. "It's about the feeling you give someone when a space is fresh. That's what people remember."
