Since July 2024, Sandoz has officially opened its doors at Floor Almere. The company, part of a global pharmaceutical group, deliberately chose a smaller footprint and a more flexible workplace. The conclusion after six months? The right choice.

Sandoz is not the only healthcare-related tenant at Floor. The building also houses De Kinderkliniek, PsyMens ZorgGroep, Huisartsenpraktijk Afiya, and ComeniusGGZ. That clustering is no coincidence — Floor is strategically located between Flevoziekenhuis and the city centers of Almere.
