Vennster launches on the Green Innovation Hub at Floor Almere
Another innovative company joins the community.

Vennster, the company that won the Green Innovation Hub Contest in April 2024, has now found a permanent spot at the Green Innovation Hub in Floor Almere. What started as a winning pitch has grown into a lasting relationship.
Lonneke Dikmans, partner and owner of Vennster, accepted the Golden Award at the time with the words: "We are very happy to have won, because it is a recognition of our mission. We want to connect as many people in the Netherlands as possible."
From winner to tenant
Vennster develops methods and tools — such as the participation app Parta — that help municipalities reach a broad audience on social issues. Their work on the energy transition and urban innovation fits seamlessly with the Green Innovation Hub ecosystem.
After winning the contest, Vennster collaborated with the municipality of Almere to implement their app in the Hortus and Pampus districts. That local anchoring made the move to a permanent workspace at Floor a logical next step.
Strengthening the ecosystem
With Vennster, Floor strengthens its position as an incubator for entrepreneurs tackling social challenges. The Green Innovation Hub, housed on the ninth floor, offers not only office space but also a network of like-minded innovators, access to partners like VodafoneZiggo and the Municipality of Almere, and the ability to test concepts at innovation locations like Hortus.
